These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MoneyMaster platform operated by MARKETING DOT DESIGN LTD (Company No. 16884178). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using MoneyMaster, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Our services may not be available in all jurisdictions.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
MoneyMaster provides a platform for exchanging between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. Our services include Wire-to-Crypto transfers, Crypto-to-Wire transfers, and Card-to-Crypto purchases. All transactions are subject to admin verification and applicable fees.
All applicable fees and exchange rates are disclosed at the time of each transaction before you confirm your order. Rates are subject to change and are valid for the period shown during the quote process. We strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing.
Investing in cryptoassets involves significant risk. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose, and you should ensure that you fully understand the risks involved. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and investments in cryptoassets are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or subject to protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on MoneyMaster are owned by MARKETING DOT DESIGN LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARKETING DOT DESIGN LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
