Our commitment to compliance, security, and fair practices

AML & KYC Policy

MoneyMaster is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We implement robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls. All users must verify their identity before conducting transactions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to refuse or delay transactions that raise compliance concerns.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all completed crypto transfers are irreversible. If you experience an issue with a pending transaction, please contact our support team immediately at support@moneymaster.click. We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution. Refunds for card payments are subject to our payment partner's terms and conditions.

Users of MoneyMaster must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include: money laundering or terrorist financing, fraud or deceptive practices, using stolen payment methods, circumventing identity verification procedures, and any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and referral to relevant authorities.
